Answer First

Questions 1–3
1

What does “15–20” mean?

Licensed drivers, or simultaneous sessions? Twenty concurrent sessions require different licences, hardware, reporting, and installation than two workstations.

2

Which safety thresholds govern?

Choose a four- or five-second following gap and a curve-entry reduction of 10 or 15 mph. The workbook and 8 July call conflict.

3

Is the pilot backing only?

Confirm backing alone, or add following distance and rollover. This controls scenarios, environments, physics, and hardware.

4

Can an in-simulator mirror check replace eye tracking?

If not, WM must fund gaze hardware and scoring must use it.

5

What is the 3-6-9 scanning process?

Provide the sequence, interval meaning, and pass rule.

6

What clearance defines a near miss?

Set the threshold, measurement point, vehicle parts included, and whether contact is separate.

14

When is three mph violated?

Does any excursion fail, or only speed held above the limit?

15

Live coaching or post-session scoring?

Guided training and unguided assessment require different interfaces.

7

Supply the backing-course diagram and pass tolerance.

Include dimensions, cone placement, start and finish, attempts, time limit, and boundary rules.

11

Is a horn tap required?

Confirm how many taps and where they occur in the backing sequence.

12

When does the three-second pause begin?

At gear selection or completed shift into reverse?

13

What follows a missed step?

Stop and reset, or continue and log the violation?

Truck and Setting

8 · 16
8

Which refuse truck is the pilot vehicle?

Provide make, model, year, transmission, photos, dimensions, cab access, scans or CAD, and sound reference.

16

Phoenix or Tampa?

Choose the residential environment drivers should recognize.

Systems and Delivery

9

Can WM provide Kahuna sandbox access and xAPI/LRS documentation?

Without access, ForgeFX delivers to a standard endpoint and WM owns Kahuna configuration.

10

How are training centres connected?

Always online, intermittent, or air-gapped? This decides offline queuing, monitoring, and diagnostics.

17

How does WM define a cohort?

Identify attribute sources, centre addresses, and workstation counts.

18

Which telematics and dash-cam platform does WM use?

Confirm whether it exposes a documented API.

Brand Permission

Question 19
19

Will WM supply artwork and written permission to use its marks?

Artwork delivery and usage permission are separate approvals.
