CONNECTION REVIEW · 17 OCT 2026

Sara’s Connections

Four whiteboard views of the same evidence.

Slack OAuth was used Oct 16. Sara’s calendar reminders, add-in sign-in and automatic capture remain unverified. Missing legacy mapping and explicit assignments are configuration gaps—not proof of connection failure.

Triangle Bridges

Which native app bridges are evidenced?

Authorization is recorded; native commands and alerts remain untested.

Workflow Lanes

Follow each connection without assuming sync.

Solid API reads do not prove native email logging, capture or calendar sync.

Evidence & Check Next — All 11 Connections

Read-only snapshot: 17 Oct 2026, approximately 15:30–15:32 UTC. No private messages or event contents were read. No integration, permission or account changes were made. Source records remain internal; only summarized findings appear here.

01 · Sara ↔ ForgeBot in Slack

Exact Sara-authored request and ForgeBot threaded response observed; not a fresh synthetic health test.

Check next: Observe an existing successful thread exchange; no test message needed.

Evidence: live-evidence.json; live-evidence.json

02 · Slack ↔ Salesforce: authorization used Oct 16

Sara Salesforce UserId has AppName Slack, LastUsedDate 2026-10-16T06:33:38Z, UseCount 948. Specific commands, alert delivery, and exact native Slack identity pairing remain untested. Do not mark the entire bridge missing.

Check next: Inspect Sara’s linked Salesforce identity and an existing action/alert outcome.

Evidence: connection-config.json

03 · Legacy Slack setup differs from team

No Sara record in the complete queried slackv2__Slack_Auth__c set; no SlackServiceUser or SlackSalesCloud explicit assignments. Adam, Greg, Mary and Kristen have both sets and legacy mapping records. Existing Sara Slack OAuth use prevents concluding all Slack/Salesforce connectivity is broken.

Check next: Check effective permissions and current package requirements before proposing changes.

Evidence: connection-config.json

04 · Calendar reminders/status: verify Sara link

Outlook Calendar for Slack enabled, tenant-wide calendar consent. Adam has an explicit app role assignment; Sara does not. Tenant-wide consent means absent assignment does not prove missing personal connection. No Sara reminder/status delivery verified.

Check next: Inspect Sara’s Calendar app account/settings and an existing reminder/status outcome.

Evidence: calendar-config.json

05 · Share Outlook email to Slack: unverified

Slack for Outlook exists and enabled, no grant records returned for that principal. This is not evidence that the add-in is absent or failing for Sara.

Check next: Inspect Sara’s Outlook Slack add-in account and existing sharing outcome.

Evidence: metadata-evidence.json; connection-config.json

06 · Outlook Salesforce add-in: Sara sign-in unverified

Salesforce Outlook Integration and Salesforce Inbox enabled with AllPrincipals delegated grants. No current Sara add-in session/log-email test observed.

Check next: Inspect Sara’s Salesforce add-in sign-in and an existing logging outcome.

Evidence: connection-config.json

07 · Automatic capture: unverified; Inbox permissions differ

Sara has neither InboxWithEinsteinActivityCapture nor InboxWithoutEinsteinActivityCapture explicit assignment; Greg/Mary/Kristen have With, Adam has Without. This proves assignment differences, not whether alternative capture exists or whether a license/permission change is required.

Check next: Inspect effective capture entitlements and active capture membership separately.

Evidence: connection-config.json

08 · ForgeBot → Sara mailbox/calendar API

HTTP 200 for Sara inbox folder metadata and calendar list. No messages/events read. Mail.Send absent from tested Graph app roles; app-only sending not available via this app. No write test.

Check next: Only metadata reachability was tested; no send/write claim.

Evidence: metadata-evidence.json

09 · ForgeBot tooling → Salesforce API

Successful live API identity and configuration queries with shared authorized credentials. Not Sara impersonation or proof of native account sync.

Check next: Shared tooling access; do not infer Sara’s native session.

Evidence: live-evidence.json; connection-config.json

10 · ForgeSales → Salesforce records

Production GET returned HTTP 200 with opportunity rows; repo route queries Salesforce. Sara browser login/usage not tested.

Check next: Inspect Sara’s own browser access separately if needed.

Evidence: deployment-evidence.json

11 · ForgeSales Outlook health checks Adam, not Sara

Health endpoint reads Adam’s mailbox latest subject. Deliberately not invoked; cannot establish Sara connectivity.

Check next: Excluded: the health endpoint targets Adam, not Sara; it was not invoked.

Evidence: integrations.ts

Team Comparison Notes

Adam, Greg, Mary and Kristen have legacy Slack mapping and both explicit Slack sets. Sara has neither. Greg has both Inbox variants; Mary and Kristen have With Einstein Activity Capture; Adam has Without. Sara has neither explicit Inbox assignment. These are not a complete effective-permission or license audit. Tenant-wide calendar consent does not prove Sara’s personal link, and an absent personal app assignment does not prove failure.
