VIDEO DELIVERY EVIDENCE · HISTORICAL RECONSTRUCTION

Outokumpu Storyboard Collection

This is the storyboard package that should have accompanied the 30-second Grok process trial. It preserves the original ten-frame story, identifies the exact five images sent to animation, maps those images to the finished timeline, and records the post-hoc roast that explains why the video was rejected.

10Original story frames
5Exact animation inputs
5 / 5Post-hoc roast failures

Original Pre-Animation Board

The complete ten-frame story as it existed before video generation. Gold-bordered cards are the five frames that materially informed the delivered cut.

REVIEW LANGUAGE

Comment with the stable ID—such as “Frame 05” or “Source S09”—so corrections stay attached to one exact image.

All Ten Story Frames

Each image opens full size and can be downloaded independently. These historical frames predate the current roast-regenerate gate.

PIXEL-FAITHFUL EVIDENCE

Clipped HUD labels, generated interface controls, and partial overlays visible inside these images are defects in the original storyboard pixels. They are intentionally preserved here rather than cropped or repaired.

Exact Images Sent To Animation

These five raw source images—not merely similar frames—were submitted to Grok. The audits below were performed after Greg’s rejection and are clearly labeled post-hoc.

SOURCE S01

Operator / establishing motion

POST-HOC FAIL
Video segment
00:00–00:06
Historical status
Used before the adversarial roast gate existed

Material defects

  • Center bore is visibly empty while the lifter contacts the coil from above.
  • Operator stands inside the suspended-load hazard envelope.
  • Controller, PPE, support saddles, and viewport UI all fail common-sense review.
Regeneration brief

Regenerate with a visible bore-engaged lifting tool, complete safely positioned operator, coherent belly box, engineered saddles, and no viewport controls.

SOURCE S03

Pre-operation inspection

POST-HOC FAIL
Video segment
00:06–00:12
Historical status
Used before the adversarial roast gate existed

Material defects

  • Lifting fixture still reads as exterior/top contact rather than bore engagement.
  • Operator is close to the load and appears to use two conflicting controller devices.
  • Stored coils lack credible restraint; HUD objects float without physical integration.
Regeneration brief

Separate inspection from lifting, place the operator behind a safe boundary with one belly box, restrain stored coils, and remove floating interface elements.

Align and secure

POST-HOC FAIL
Video segment
00:12–00:18
Historical status
Used before the adversarial roast gate existed

Material defects

  • The green lifting member terminates at the coil face instead of entering the bore.
  • The coil appears simultaneously seated and lifted, making the load-transfer state ambiguous.
  • Operator proximity and editor controls make the frame unsafe and unusable as an animation source.
Regeneration brief

Show a clearly inserted center-bore grab, one unambiguous pickup state with visible clearance, a protected operator station, and a clean frame export.

SOURCE S08

Transport to Bay 12

POST-HOC FAIL
Video segment
00:18–00:24
Historical status
Used before the adversarial roast gate existed

Material defects

  • Suspended coil has an empty bore and no visible load-bearing connection.
  • No operator or safe operating station is shown.
  • Receiving support and exclusion-zone logic are incomplete; simulator controls remain overlaid.
Regeneration brief

Regenerate the transport frame with continuous visible crane-to-bore load geometry, a safely positioned operator, defined travel exclusion zone, and no UI artifacts.

SOURCE S09

Placement and score

POST-HOC FAIL
Video segment
00:24–00:30
Historical status
Used before the adversarial roast gate existed

Material defects

  • Top clamp carries the outside of the coil while the bore remains empty.
  • Only a partial helmet/controller is visible, producing the headless/incomplete-person risk Greg later caught in motion.
  • Coil, hook, and receiving cradle are not convincingly aligned; glowing guide graphics read as UI artifacts.
Regeneration brief

Show a complete operator outside the load path, bore-engaged tool, aligned engineered cradle, and physical floor markings instead of luminous overlays.

How Future Deliveries Work

Before Animation

  1. Roast every source frame adversarially using zoomed crops and technical references.
  2. Return PASS or FAIL with exact defects and a regeneration brief.
  3. Regenerate and re-roast until each frame passes.
  4. Animate only the exact passed source identities.

At Delivery

  1. Ship the video with its complete storyboard collection.
  2. Show the contact sheet plus each full-resolution source image.
  3. Map source IDs to video segments and preserve roast status.
  4. Human feedback always overrides an AI pass and restarts correction.
