Why The 3D Art Numbers Differ By $1.08M
The workbook currently contains two valid-looking art figures that answer different questions. They are not yet reconciled.
Short Handoff Statement
The detailed Estimator itemizes all currently modeled 3D-art work at $2,289,686. The buyer-facing Cost tab carries only $1,212,216 in its five direct route/vehicle art rows. The $1,077,470 difference is not confirmed savings; it is art scope omitted from, or reallocated outside, those five rows. Before reducing the proposal price, the team must either place these assets elsewhere in the Cost tab or explicitly remove their scope and update both sheets.

Required decision: Keep and reallocate each line, reduce its quantity/fidelity, or remove it with matching scope language. Do not simply subtract $1.08M while leaving the promised environment unchanged.
