This is the Three.js cab-fidelity rebuild, kept as an interaction scaffold. It is not the final visual path.

• Live operator cab display textures.
• Instructor fault injection and report loop.
• Route state: Metro Blue Line / Hiawatha approach.

Next Engine Decision

Babylon.js is selected for the next real-asset rebuild because it gives engine-level PBR, GLB pipeline, inspector tooling, animation, cameras, particles, physics hooks, and fast web iteration.

Quality Gate

• No visible untextured primitives.
• Use real GLB/GLTF/FBX/CAD/photogrammetry/source assets.
• Operator telemetry belongs on modeled cab displays.
• Score every screenshot against concept-quality criteria.
