Kubota proposal slide 3: checked and unchecked mark options

Issue #698. Each option redraws the real Scope & Cost Options table from the live deck (v134): same text, column widths, row heights, fonts and row colours, with only the marks changed. The left render is presentation size (1.5 px per point, a full-screen slide on a 1080p display). The right render is the size of the ForgeSales preview tile and a zoomed-out PDF page (0.5 px per point). Package inclusion is unchanged: Baby rows 1–5, Mama rows 1–7, Papa rows 1–9.

Recommendation: D, an orange badge for included and a thin grey ring for excluded. It has the clearest difference at both sizes, uses the deck's own orange from the top bar, and stays readable as a shape in the PDF because it does not depend on a symbol font. B (bold check and light dash) is the low-effort runner-up. The current marks, A, are nearly indistinguishable at preview size. Nothing in the live deck has been changed; Adam picks one.
