Devin answered three compact decision sets covering demo mode, lesson flow, persistence, cameras, tablet treatment, fidelity, field behavior, and gamification.

Devin set the experience direction; ForgeBot turned it into a durable plan, shipped the first phase, simplified the controls, rebuilt the camera system, and corrected vehicle motion. The result is a substantially clearer touch-first demo—not a finished Kubota-faithful simulator yet.
The last 48 hours converted a loosely defined prototype into a directed product effort with explicit rules: persistent open-world play, restartable coaching, real-machine behavior as a mandate, camera-aware tablet presentation, and the Kubota M7-154 as the durable vehicle target. Implementation is live and test-backed; reference fidelity and measured 60 FPS remain the main proof gaps.

The approved user-experience realignment plan was reconciled against the simulator and creative brief, then saved into the ForgeKubo project.
World progress persists safely; guidance can restart; controls neutralize on handoff/reload; environment materials and authored machine framing were restored.
Title, handoff, speed, and discovery chrome were removed. Guidance, field overlay, settings, help, attachment, steering, and engage controls now use the available space more clearly.
Acceleration, steering, rolling/turning wheels, cab-mounted camera, and articulated mower became frame-rate independent. Scene complexity was sharply reduced.
